How to completely disable Siri on iPhone and iPad
Step 1. Go to “Settings” → “General” on iPhone or iPad.
Step 2. Select “Siri” and enter the password from the restrictions set earlier.
If you have not used Siri before, the system will ask you to enter a new password. In the event that you have forgotten the password from restrictions, you can restore it using the method described in this instruction.
Step 3. Move the “Siri and Dictation” switch to the inactive position.
Immediately after installing this setting, Siri will be disabled on your iPhone or iPad, and the item with voice assistant settings will disappear from the list of parameters. If you hold the Home button instead of Siri, the Voice Control function will work, then to disable it, go to the menu “Settings” → “General” → “Universal Access” → “Home” and check the box “Off”. Please note that this option is available only on mobile devices running iOS 10 or newer software version.
